Yoghurt Filling Machines

Operational Guidelines: The Yoghurt Filling Machine, interconnected with the motor and gear reducer, operates through mechanical gear assistance. This particular machine features dual filling nozzles and is engineered to accommodate two distinct cup sizes, measuring 95mm and 160mm in diameter. The machine employs either a rotating platform or a linear system for its operation. In the initial station, the bowls are released, and they subsequently pass under ultraviolet light. Upon bowl recognition by the photocell, the filling process commences, either for two bowls simultaneously or just a single bowl, depending on the setup. The filling process utilizes an absorb and press mechanism, ensuring that the bowls are filled to the specified weight in grams as per our customers’ requirements. Once filling is complete, the machine seals the bowls with a film cover cut and sealed directly from the bobbin. At the other workstation, plastic top covers are placed onto the bowls, and finally, in the last station, the finished products are conveyed for further processing.
