Cream Separators

A cream separator is used to separate oil molecules from milk, resulting in a consistent fat content and facilitating efficient separation of milk cream on a continuous basis.

Cream separators are available for both small and large quantities of milk and include self-cleaning options.

The centrifugal separator instantly and continuously separates the cream from the milk, with the cream, being lighter, gradually rising to the surface. Our selection of separators includes three varieties:

   – Compact separators

   – Separators for milk volumes ranging from 500 to 20,000 liters per hour

   – Self-cleaning separators

Additionally, this separator can be utilized to recover any remaining cream from the whey, and the centrifuge can also be applied to segregate components in consumable beverages.
