Cream cheese production involves the use of white cheese, hard/semi-hard cheeses, cream, water/milk, salt, and melting salts. The Steam Cream Cheese Melting Machine combines all raw materials and auxiliary substances. It employs a high-speed blender blade system for cutting and homogenizing, while a mixing arm ensures effective product blending. Pasteurization is achieved at 90°C using the steam or hot water jacket in the system, and odor stabilization is maintained through vacuum application during pasteurization. Once pasteurization is complete, the product is transferred to a balance tank, and the filling process commences. Filling can be carried out manually or automatically by machines.
